Andre Phillips General Manager

Andre Phillips

General Manager

Andre previously worked for Arthur Brown Construction from 1995 to 2005, leaving to work in the Building Control Department at the South Taranaki District Council for a further 14 years before returning to ABC in 2019 as the General Manager. Andre has brought with him a wealth of knowledge and a strong management background from his time as a Senior Building Control Officer with the council. Andre’s focus is on strong communication, building positive relationships and delivering the best outcomes for all clients.

Matthew Phillips Contracts Manager

Matthew Phillips

Contracts Manager

Matthew has been involved in the construction industry for over 15 years having started his carpentry apprenticeship with Arthur Brown Construction back in 2006. Matthew went on to work at several other local construction companies as a Foreman then expanding his skills as a Project Manager and finally re-joining the Arthur Brown team in 2020 as a Contracts Manager. Matthew has extensive knowledge in both residential and commercial building and his understanding of the demands created by large projects makes him a skilled project manager and an integral member of the management team.

Jason Cameron Joinery Manager

Jason Cameron

Joinery Manager

Jason started with Arthur Brown Construction as a joinery apprentice then worked his way up ten years ago to his current role as Joinery Manager. Jason is experienced in the day to day running of an aluminium and joinery workshop and ensuring that the joinery team meets timeframes and budgets. Jason is invested in his own continual development recently completing a Leadership and Management course through the local polytechnic. With Jason’s vast knowledge of all things joinery this make him a valued part of any construction project and a valued member of our management team.

Kerry Christiansen Company Secretary

Kerry Christiansen

Company Secretary

Kerry joined Arthur Brown Construction 15 years ago having previously worked in the banking industry as well as for a local accountant.  Kerry’s role involves the financial management of the construction company as well as the management of the company’s investments and rental properties.  As one of three company Directors Kerry helps to ensure that governance policies and health and safety compliance are in place.
